Procurement Management Solution

A 3-in-1 Procurement Management Solution is now available for businesses. This software is a hosted solution offering a Retail eCommerce website, a Trade eCommerce website and a back end Stock management/Order Management system.

A website has been designed to have a single point of administration for all areas. The software can create Salesperson or Agent accounts, monitor commissions, create Warehouse logins, set individual trade prices (on a per customer basis). In addition the system monitors all orders both Retail and Trade, Low stock levels, email based Manufacturer ordering to mention a few.

Customer credit/refund facilities are now available on the market. Credits are against orders and the system checks to make sure that items are creditable and will only allow the process if the above is the case. Credit notes are then generated and stored so as to keep the whole process organised.

Upon refunding your customers, these types of websites give you the option of adding the refunded items to stock or not. This covers the scenarios of returned stock due to the customer not wanting it (which can be added back into stock) and damaged items which cannot be added back into stock.

On the product based system, the system now forecasts what your stock threshold should be. It takes into account the previous 3 months sales for each product as well as current stock levels.This component can be modified to suit your needs.

On the retail website when your customers visit the product detail page they will be able to hover over the product image and another box will appear to the side. This box is a magnified image that is controlled by the mouse on the original product picture.

The following features have also now been installed to the administration section of various websites including customer order reference and order notes, order discount and running total of items.
