By Julie Newman

These days it has become much simpler to create your own website and so it should be no surprise that more people are putting pages out there than ever before. There are some pages that get seen quite frequently and others that aren't getting viewed at all. There are many factors which can affect how much traffic your website receives, but one thing that can really help get your site some attention is the use of internal links.

Creating good internal links can help you get the attention of search engine crawlers and can make your site more user friendly for visitors, allowing them to get more quickly to the content that they are looking for.

A search engine crawler goes through the Internet looking from site to site, indexing pages and finding information out about them. The text links grab the attention of the web crawler and when used properly, it always the crawler to learn more about your site. There are a few rules, that will assist you in creating effective text links for your site.

1. The services and information that your site offers should be pertinently incorporated in your text links.

2. Link through relevant keywords and not use the infamous CLICK HERE, link that people love to use. This does not serve the same purpose as linking to relevant text.

3. Make sure all your links are working and stay working, and always link to something that is relevant to the keywords and text that you are linking to. A link should provide more information about the same topic to be the most effective.

4. You should utilize as many appropriate links as possible, without taking from the text. To assist with the making your link flow, you should not put links into two consecutive words.

If you follow all these tips, you will allow the search crawlers to fins your site and better understand what it is about. This will greatly improve your search engine rankings, and bring more traffic to your web pages. Exceptional and pertinent text links make a big difference when it comes to getting your site noticed, while making it more informative to your readers.

Dont Lose Website Traffic Due To Poor Design

By Amy Nutt

The design of a website should best represent a company and the service or product they offer. You only have a few seconds to capture a visitors attention; therefore, a poor web design will only lead to poor sales. A badly designed website will only deter visitors from staying on your site. If a visitor is not impressed within the first view seconds, they will easily and quickly move on to another site. This is why it is important to create a design that has a good visual display and appeals to your target audience.

A web design reflects the image of your company. It is important to present the best image so that visitors will come to your site and want to stay there. The longer they stay at a site, the better the chances that they will make a purchase.

The following is a list of tips on creating a quality website design:

- Consistent and Readable Text: Dont use a wide range of text fonts. It looks very amateurish. The size of the text should be easy to read. A standard size 12 is a good choice. Most people prefer the text to be black because it is easy to read.

- Easy Navigation: Make sure that users can easily navigate from one page to another. Make sure they can easily find what they are looking for. It should be clear, include professional headings, and be easy to understand. Having a "site map" is a valuable tool. Make your navigation clear and try not to have any "Page Not Found" error pages.

- Professional Images: Remember what audience you are targeting. Men looking for hunting equipment are not going to want to look at pictures of pink flowers. Professional websites should not use silly images such as an animation of a goofy looking animal that is dancing. Use graphics that will not slow down load time. They should be small and have an "alt" label. Flashing images are very annoying and distracting. You dont want to give users a headache.

- Design Lay Out: Dont have images and texts haphazardly scattered throughout the web page. There should be a consistent order to where images and text are displayed. Everything should be uniform and even. Choppy and inconsistent designs makes a webpage look childish. Also, make sure there is a consistent theme that ties each page together. Totally different designs on each page will confuse visitors as they may think they have gone to a totally different website.

- Technology: If you are using state of the art technology, make sure it does not slow users down. People will usually abandon a site if they have to wait more than 10 seconds or so for a page to load. Dont use a certain piece of technology just because you think it is fun and cool.

- Search Engine Friendly: Make your site compatible to search engines. The robots and spiders must be able to crawl and index your site pages. Include relevant content and targeted keywords.

When your website has bad design, you will lose traffic and thus lose customer sales. You can have the best content and best optimization, but if your site is poorly designed, you will still lose traffic. A customer will most likely never return to a badly designed website. Optimize and design your website to be professional and captivating. Because your website is the face of your company, you need to make sure visitors will click, stay, and purchase. A good web design plays a key role in achieving business success.

What normally happen, however, is that web site owners who automatically expected to get sales because they have a great product and beautiful web site end up practically homeless, because theyre not making money from sales!

The problem todays online companies face is they dont have the exposure they need. Oh and when I say exposure Im not talking about penny traffic. Im talking about Hard Core search engine domination.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but Search Engine Domination does not mean performing SEO work to your web siteand submitting it to the major search engines! Naturally, you want to ad your site the the search index, but all it really does is create a very few links, on a search inquiry that really does you no good on the global level.

know Im going to sound like Stephen hawking here but by only submitting your website to the search engines alone, your probability of getting a click to your web site is going to be 1 out of 10 or 1 out of 10 thousands depending on what page you show up on in the search engines.so this means that your chances of landing sales from your web site is going to be pretty low or even non-existent. Lets face it, sales is a numbers game, the more visits you get to your web site the more sales youll obtain.

Here's a few questions for you. How many more targeted vistis will you obtain if you have multi-thousands of search engine links from multiple sources driving qualified traffic to your web site? In other words, how many more sales would you guess that youll obtain if you have multi-thousands of other web sites promoting your products or services? You are correct if you guessed that your web site SALES are going to be directly proportional to the amount of links and external websites that are promoting your web site!

The SEO Xtreme team is all about helping you to acquire more sales by delivering targeted prospects to your web site via search engine domination.

Cpanel Hosting - User Friendly and Feature Packed

By Richard Brodsky

If you have a web hosting account, chances are it includes some type of interface known as a control panel. Some of the more popular web hosting control panels include Plesk, Ensim, H-Sphere and CPanel. CPanel certainly has the most market share and for good reason, it is the most user-friendly, comprehensive web hosting control panel available.

Back in the ancient days of web hosting, if you needed to add a POP account or create a sub-domain, you needed to telnet into the server and type a command or request that a server admin do this for you. This type of functionality has long ago been replaced by control panels like CPanel. Nowadays, anyone with a cpanel hosting account can simply log-in to the web based interface and in a few clicks set up a POP account or an email forwarder or even an autoresponder.

Email functionality is just the tip of the iceberg with CPanel. Once you're logged in to your cpanel hosting interface, you can use it to create additional FTP accounts, mySQL Databases or a range of other services. If you need to create subdomains or add-on domains for example, that functionality is built right in. In just a few clicks you can complete tasks that would have required a thorough understanding of UNIX commands.

One of the more convenient portions of the cpanel hosting interface is the scripts installation area. Here you can install software directly into your cpanel hosting account with just a few easy clicks. Whether it's a Wordpress Blog or a Guestbook program or a simple web page counter, it doesn't get much easier than the point and click simplicity that CPanel offers.

To make things even simpler for those of you new to cpanel hosting, the latest version of CPanel even includes video tutorials for each section of its interface. Now it's possible for even the newest of newbies to sit down at his or her computer and be taken by the hand, step-by-step through the CPanel interface to complete whatever tasks they need to accomplish. We've come a long way baby!

You're certainly welcome to host your site with a company that uses a control panel other than cpanel, but I think you're missing out on quite a bit of functionality and ease of use. Cpanel hosting plans will offer you the most user friendly, feature rich web hosting experience available today.

Choosing A Domain Name And Its Effect On SEO

By Sandee Sascho

When it comes to selecting the best domain name for a new website, it is not as simple as just choosing a name that you like or your company name, although choosing a catchy name can be good for branding. The domain name itself, along with any page names within the site, can all help or hinder how easily your site will be found by the search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. There are several factors to consider when first contemplating a new domain name.

Your first priority in choosing a domain name is to carefully select the word that comprise your domain name. If you are offering a service or good, try to choose a domain name that includes at least a portion of that service or good in the title. For instance, if you run a website that sells shoes, your domain name might be "shoeoutlet", or "your-shoe-store.com". It should be easily remembered and pertinent to your business.

From a search engine optimization perspective it is best to choose a name that contains your most significant keywords or keyword phrase. This is one of the factors that can help your site to be search engine friendly and therefore, along with other factors, be more easily found and gain higher rankings in the search engines.

How the heck am I supposed to know what keyword to use?

There are several tools available freely online that can help you to establish the best ones to choose from, my personal favorite is the Google keyword tool. To find this simply type, 'Google keyword tool' into the Google search box, and it should come up within the first few results.

To use this tool is very easy, simply type in the main two or three keywords or keyword phrases that relate to your business, for example if your business is security and alarm systems and you are located in Nashville, you would type in:

To achieve the most successful results you should use targeted keywords that include the names of local cities or towns, and the profession you are in. For example, if you are a dentist in Phoenix, you will research keywords that include those words in some combination or another.

The Google keyword tool will provide a long series of suggested keywords you can target. It will also include the traffic numbers for each keyword for each month or day. You can use the higher traffic keywords to nearly instantly gain traffic to your site, if it is available.

Again, try to include your city and service type in the domain if possible. This will help both search engines and your customers to value your site. A great technique for procuring a good domain name in a competitive market is to use dashes in the domain name. It will be indexed the same by the search engines.

Copywriting Tips - Create A Copy Which Will Sell

By Jody Campbell

Are you facing the situation when you have a well designed website and an excellent product, but no sales? Well, you must have forgotten that websites don't sell, but your words do. All you need to do is create a copy which gets your visitors to buy and if you want to know how to do it, here are five things you definitely should know.

First of all, try to think as your prospect does. This means you want your copy to clearly outline what is in it for a client. People are more interested in what this product is going to do for them, than in how you are going to deliver it, and if you understand this you are already close to success.

The second thing is making an emotionally driven statement about the BENEFIT of your offer. People do not buy products and services; they buy the emotional benefits of such things. That said, it is more important for you to communicate the emotional benefit than it is for you to tell someone what a feature is. In fact, if you communicate the emotional benefit well enough the curiosity of how you are going to make it happen will compel them to take the next step.

After that you need to make them experience the emotional benefit. How? You just need to paint the picture with your words and offer people to share in the experience. If people will like what they feel, they will definitely want to continue feeling this way, so make sure you describe the emotional benefit really good, as this is your chance to persuade them to become your clients.

Finally, make sure that your call to action is directive and that there is no way for them to misread what it is that you want them to do. People do not mind being told what to do as long as you position yourself as the expert. If you are able to do this effectively they will not only welcome you telling them what to do, they will prefer it. This means that your call to action has a step by step instruction both for what you want them to do and for what is going to happen when they do it.

When a copy for your website is ready, you need to be reviewing and improving it periodically. If you look at it as a process, you will finally have a great copy which will compel your audience to purchase from you better than any other marketing tool can do.

Why You Must Follow Good Design Practices

By Ferdinand Emy

Your web site is where your business resides -- its like the headquarter of an offline company. Thus, it is consequential to practice good design principles to make certain your site reaches out to the maximum number of visitors and sells to as many individuals as feasible.

Make certain you have clear directions on the navigation of your website. The navigation menu should be uncluttered and concise so that visitors know how to navigate around your website without confusion.

Reduce the number of images on your website. They make your site load very slowly and more ofttimes than not they're very unnecessary. If you think any image is essential on your site, ensure you optimize them utilizing image editing programs so that they have a minimum file size.

Keep your text paragraphs at a reasonable length. If a paragraph is excessively long, you should split it into separate paragraphs so that the text blocks will not be overly big. This is necessary because a block of text that is overly large will deter visitors from reading your content.

Make certain your website complies to web standards at www.w3.org and ensure they are cross-browser compatible. If your website looks great in Internet Explorer but breaks horribly in Firefox and Opera, you'll lose out on a lot of prospective visitors.

Avoid utilizing scripting languages on your site unless it is absolutely necessary. Use scripting languages to handle or manipulate data, not to create visual effects on your website. Heavy scripts will slow down the loading time of your site and even crash a good number of browsers. In addition, scripts aren't supported across all browsers, so some visitors might miss necessary information because of that.

Use CSS to style your page content because they save a lot of work by styling all elements on your website in one go.

The Five Ways Getting And Keeping Visistors Returning to Your Blog And Website

By Ferdinand Emy

Many successful websites depend on returning visitors to account for a major part of their traffic. Returning visitors are simpler to convert into paying customers because the more ofttimes they return to a site, the more trust they have in that site. The credibility issue just melts away. Thence, keep your visitors coming back to your site with the following methods:

One) Start a forum, chatroom or shoutbox

When you start a forum, chatroom or shoutbox, youre providing your visitors a place to voice their opinions and interact with their peers -- all of them are visitors of your site. As conversations build up, a sense of community will likewise follow and your visitors will come back to your site almost religiously every day.

Two) Start a web log (blog)

Keep an online journal, or more commonly known as a blog, on your site and keep it altered with latest novels with reference to yourself. Human beings are curious creatures and they'll keep their eyes glued to the monitor if you post fresh news frequently. You will also build up your credibility as you are proving to them that there's similarly a actual life person behind the website.

Three) Implement Polls And Surveys

Polls and surveys are other forms of interaction that you should undeniably consider adding to your site. They provide a speedy way for visitors to voice their opinions and to get involved in your website. Be sure to publish polls or surveys that are strongly relevant to the target fair of your website to keep them engrossed to find out with reference to the outcomes.

4) Carry Out Puzzles, Quizzes And Games

Just imagine how many office workers procrastinate at work every day, and you'll be able to gauge how numerous people will keep visiting your site if you bestow a very interesting or addicting way of entertainment. You may also hold competitions to award the extreme score winner to keep individuals trying continuously to earn the prize.

5) Update predominantly with fresh content

Update your site predominantly with fresh content so that every time your visitors come back, they'll have a good number of thing to read on your site. This is the most widely known and most effective method of attracting returning visitors, but this is similarly the least carried out one because of the laziness of webmasters. No one will wish to browse a site that looks the same over ten years, so keep your site updated with fresh bites!

Choosing DSL or Cable Internet Providers

By Feliciano Mulen

When choosing a for a high speed Internet connection, or broadband, there are DSL and Cable. Now there are a few thing you have to know and decide upon before choosing. Typically you would need to know who your providers are and the what plans they offer. This is a guide that can help you understand the difference between DSL and cable and with this information you can make a more informed decision with your choice.

Generally, when cable is referred it is basically the same thing as the cable that people hook up to their television. With the exception that it connects to a cable modem and then connect to PC via wired or wireless router.

Cable Internet connect generally have a larger bandwidth compared to DSL. Bandwidth referes to that the cable Internet connection are typically faster at downloading (topping at 30Mbps) than most DSL lines. A flaw with cable is that it is a shared media meaning that performance may lessen over time as more and more homes connect more device such as computers, videos, and TVs through the cable line. This means that if at a certain time, say at 3pm is the time when most people go on the Internet and say that more people that live with in your area also use the same cable Internet provider. At 3pm, there would be the most slow down for cable Internet at that time. Another problem with cable is the limit on uploading information. It tends to suffers from some delay more so depending on the time. A plus for cable is how more readily available it is when you compared to DSL which it suffers from

A cable accessed connect can support higher bandwidth compared to DSL. This means cable modem are typically faster at downloading (topping at 30Mbps) than most DSL lines. A disadvantage with cable is a shared media meaning that performance may degrade over time as more and more households connect more device such as computers, videos, and TVs. This simply means that if for example, say at 5pm is the time when most people go on the Internet. Lets say that most people that live with in your area use the same cable Internet provider. At that time, 5pm, there would be the most slow down for cable at that time for cable. Another flaw with cable is the limit on uploading information and suffers from some delay more so depending on the time. So there is a time of congestion that can happen with cable.A big advantage for cable is how more readily available which DSL lacks.

In the end it come to whatever you think is better for you. It is best to check out what services your local providers offer and from there you decided. DSL is generally more affordable while cable is for anyone who wants the fast speeds. Choose the one is best for you that fits your needs.

Three Dimensional Modeling: A Skill to Enhance Organizational Effectiveness

By Lorence Rotary

Three dimensional modeling is the most critical and fundamental technique in 3 dimensional computer graphics, without which the conception of complicated three dimensional images and animation is not possible. 3 dimensional Modeling has eased the conversion of the 3 dimensional feature of our world into its digital form, through which not only new perspectives can be explored to observe and study structures and to assess the feasibility of projects, but also is an effective and spectacular communication tool.

The method of 3 dimensional modeling is composing a mathematical wire frame which depicts a 3D character or structure, with the aid of specific modeling software. Artists also exercise manual 3 dimensional modeling, a procedure which is pretty similar to sculpting. Three dimensional modeling is performed in two forms. The first is Solid form, in which there is a provision for the dimensions of the 3 dimensional model, and the other is a Shell or Boundary form, which is merely an basic portrayal of a three dimensional surface.

Polygonal modeling is surely among the most favorite modeling forms, in which the artist uses the polygonal tool to join vertices with the aid of line segments, thus creating a polygonal net. As the modeler continues with his skills, the polygons begin to break up, reducing the quantum of polygonal forms in the body. In order to turn the incomplete model into an eye catching figure, the smoothing tool is used to polish the rough ends.

Another common modeling technique is NURBS or Non Uniform Rational B-Spline modeling, which deals with a set of curves or NURBS, each of which rely upon weighted control points. Modelers make use of the weights of these points to apply shapes to these curves; a point which is issued more weight will attract a curve closer to itself and vice versa. It is relatively a much more productive skill for the formation of smooth curved surfaces; therefore, it is more suited to organic modeling. However, it is not preferred because of its complexity.

While Polygonal modeling technique is the mostly used of all the techniques, due to its ease of use and stability, NURBS is utilized in engineering for building models as it helps to bring far greater accuracy in the portrayal of 3D models with respect to their dimension. Other than these techniques, Primitive modeling is also popular. It is a simple modeling method, which is about fashioning basic geometrical shapes for building 3 dimensional models. Other than these modes, Spline and Patched modeling is also popular. Three dimensional modeling is given shape through texturing, which gives an object its finished and realistic form and texture, and rendering, which fits the 3 dimensional image into a 2D screen.

Three dimensional modeling has significantly affected the business practices of our age. The greatest of all business applications of three dimensional modeling is in architecture and engineering. 3D modeling can construct a perceivable model of a idea. Where ventures of billions need to be appraised, their 3 dimensional models are studied before realization. Important decisions and deals are often concluded on the basis of these 3 dimensional models.

3D modeling has become on of the most commanding business skills of our time and therefore present-day businesses want to make the most of it. Whether you want to analyze the structural reliability of a building, to build a model of an aircraft or a vehicle or just want to improve the comprehensibility of your presentation, 3 dimensional modeling provides you just the help you want Its visional value has made 3 dimensional modeling a useful communication tool. Businesses, regardless of their scope and type, are benefiting from three dimensional modeling to reach their target market with a deeper impact. This is why modern day advertising is also counting very much on three dimensional modeling.

3 dimensional modeling is also growingly used in documentaries to recreate wonders and events in history, which only used to remain in the imagination of historians before they have been brought to life with the wonder of 3 dimensional modeling. 3D modeling is the basis of the captivating and photo-realistic 3D animation, which has greatly influenced animation movies, computer games and other forms of art and communication. Now they can bring up just about anything on the screen with spectacular photorealism.

3 dimensional modeling is also making an important contribution towards scientific research and academics. Scientists depend on 3 dimensional models to explore surfaces, objects, astronomical bodies and other natural mechanisms, which would otherwise be inaccessible to grasp. It is specifically very beneficial in the medical sciences, as performing complex surgeries are no longer difficult with the aid of 3 dimensional models with greater exactness, leading to improved results.

You can make a difference to your business through sophisticated and recognized software that can also allow you to produce three dimensional animations, such as Softimage XSI (Autodesk), Autodesk 3ds max, Cinema 4D (MAXON), AutoDesk Maya, NewTek LightWave 3d, TrueSpace (Caligari Corporation), and Houdini (Side Effects Software) . You could also select specific software like SketchUp Pro (Google), ZBrush (Pixologic), SolidWorks (SolidWorks Corporation), Wings 3d, and Silo (Nevercenter). Always check the software completely before buying and make sure that it encompasses everything that you want. Proper use of well-designed three dimensional models can considerably improve the quality of the output of your organization.

How Can Get Domain Names?

By Ruby

Okay, so you have your website laid out, complete with graphics, and great content. But, what are you going to name it? Choosing a name for your website is one of the most important components to owning a website. First of all, a website's name is the first thing that people will think of when they are reminded of your site. When a person asks, what is the name of the website you own? you will definitely want to be sure you can answer them with a name that is catchy and memorable.

It is best that the name is not too complicated as this will make it more difficult for the customer to remember. Websites with many words are often forgotten, overlooked or simply ignored so go for something short and sweet. Dont worry that all the quick and easy options have already been taken. Although this may appear to be the case, there are still millions of original ideas for your website name out there. A little time spent on trial and error is sure to bring up a few great sounding suggestions for the name of your site so start brainstorming straight away and see what you can come up with.

You must make sure the name you choose for your website makes sense. It may sound catchy and creative, but does it fit your page? Does the potential name of your website flow evenly with the material and information found on the site? For example, you cannot create a website about shoes and name it something like, The 40 Greatest Outfits On The Net or something that makes absolutely no sense at all. Your name has to relate to the website, or people will not go for it. After all, you do want your site to be one that people return to over and over again, right? Think keywords. What are the words people frequently use to search for websites on your topic? Try including a couple of the words in your title that are used for search purposes.

When at all possible the name of the site should be exciting and fresh. It should grab the attention of the visitor so it does not need to be more than five small words. This way they will remember it too. When there are too many words in the title people will lose interest and not even bother to spend the time it takes to type the title on their computer.

As complex and mystifying as the Internet may be, we all have hopes of our own personal space on the web where sharing information, meeting people, blogging and doing business can take place. Therefore, the name of your website should tell the world what the site is all about and this really does make a difference to the amount of traffic visiting your on line business.

Reaching Page#1 Of Google

By Ahmad Hassam

You can make loads of money each day if you can get your webpage on the page#1 of Google for a high traffic keyword. Millions of people daily search information on Google! Google is the biggest search engine.

How to get to page#1 of Google? The best method to reach page#1 of Google is through article submissions using a good article submission service. Articles will have backlinks to the webpage. The anchor text of those backlinks will contain exactly that particular keyword that you want your webpage ranked. Each article will contain links to the webpage that you want ranked for a particular keyword.

Submit different versions of those articles to different article directories and your webpage will have hundreds of backlinks with the anchor text containing the exact keywords within a few weeks. Your webpage will be on page#1 of Google in two to three weeks.

Now which article submissions service to use? I recommend two. One is the free traffic system and the other is the Unique Article Wizard. I have used both and find them to be highly effective with Google.

Google values those links highly that appear within the body of the article. Free Traffic System allows you to submit articles free to 30 blogs per submission. Each article with two text links in the article body. So 60 quality backlinks per submission!

Unique Article Wizard is another very good article submission service. It can submit a unique version of your article to 1000s of article directories per submission. Each submission can give you between 1000-2000 backlinks. Imagine can you build so many links any other way?

You have to be careful with link building as well. Too fast and too quick can be considered as spamming by the search engines! Too many links all of a sudden will raise red flags with Google. It may get your website sandboxed for spamming. The submissions through these services can a few days to a week so Google also doesnt mind.

Another very good method of link building is through the bookmarking on the social bookmarking sites. There a number of highly popular social bookmarking sites that has PR of 7-8 such as Mixx, Propeller, and Reddit etc. You can build lots of backlinks with this method.

Now a few interesting facts! Many SEO gurus keep on talking about the keyword density. They will tell you that the keyword density should be between 3-4%. Believe me; Google does not care about the keyword density in ranking a webpage.

Just use the keyword in that anchor text and Google will even rank a totally irrelevant webpage for that keyword. What I found out was that Google gives a lot of importance to the anchor text used in backlink to the webpage.

Even if that webpage does not contain that keyword only once, so here goes your keyword density. I just did that. Used anchor text for a particular keyword on a totally irrelevant webpage and viola, I found it on page#1 of Google.

Price and Quality - The Secret Behind Dell PCs

By Jordan McPelt

What is it about Dell that sets it apart from its countless competitors? With the ballooning personal computer industry and its soaring demand coupled with new and existing companies quickly capitalizing on this growing need, consumers still flock to Dell for their pcs. By why? It's a secret. Well, perhaps not a real secret -- just one that is known by new and loyal Dell followers. That secret is price and quality. Not much of a real shocker, this we can all concede. But finding that right dependable product at the right price with all the right features -- that's a find. And, that's a secret.

From the company's launch in 1984, Dell quickly set the standard for low prices, and has always been widely accepted for their ability to offer rock-bottom prices. The organization's secret to success lies in its manufacturing processes. Manufacturing and producing their pcs at their own facilities has allowed Dell to keep costs significantly down.

The organization further implemented and perfected its lean production techniques, and these low costs directly translate into low consumer prices. With pc prices currently as low as $299 for their Mini laptops, $499 for their Inspiron models, $649 for their Studio models and $749 for their XPS models, Dell clearly sets the standard. Their prices are low because their costs are low. Period. And the consumer benefits.

However, price shares some room at the top. Its partner is quality. With its previously mentioned perfected manufacturing processes, efficiency (low cost) is only merely a byproduct. Its true goal is quality. And, this is where Dell sets itself apart from the competition. From the most basic PCs used primarily for surfing the web to the most advanced and ultimate gaming laptop available, all are backed by the quality of its components, and all include Intel processing chips. These include Intel Celeron, Pentium, Core 2 Duo and Centrio 2. With all laptops carrying these dependable and well-respected processing cores, this is one of the features that really sets Dell apart.

Dell has its followers. Not only are they highly pleased and vigilantly loyal, but they have a secret. Their secret is that they found the best PCs for price and quality. The competition pales in comparison, and they continually research, develop and implement products and marketing strategies to chip away at this industry leader. They do this because they realize Dell has unlocked this secret. And it is a secret that the organization is highly effective in sharing with its customers.

What Message You Want to Send Through Your Website

By Amy Nutt

Every day, millions of websites go live. Depending on what the purpose is for, people build websites for different websites. Anything from a non-governmental agency website to a full ecommerce website consistently floods the internet on a daily basis.

The bottom line with these websites is that they have a message they want the world to hear. The difference is only seen the way the message is broadcast. The bottom line is that if you are thinking of getting a website online, what message do you want it to broadcast?

If it is sales, then you would have to craft the sales page in a matter in a way that grabs the attention of the visitor. If the message is to give information, the website should be structured in a way that immediately grabs the attention of the visitor. If you take a good look at about.com, youll then be able to see that not only is it an information portal, but also an advertisement medium. All you will find on these websites are links pointing to different relevant content.

If you are building your website, you also need to know that you have to get it seen or noticed by the public. This will of course involve some form of advertisement both free and paid. But most important is the content on your website. Most newbies online start out with their website without even determining what the audience wants. Therefore, it is possible to find someone who has a website on warts advertising to a combination of audiences in sports, technology and women issues.

The best way to get the message your out is by first determining who your audience is. This will help you tailor your content towards their needs, lingo and general; preferences. This will make them know that you identify with them.

Therefore, the first key to knowing what message you want your audience or readers to know is to know what their needs, wants, aspirations, dreams, lingo, and preferences are. This will them help you become relevant when you eventually start marketing or promoting the website.

In promoting your message to the world, never believe in the adage that says build and they will come. This doesnt work anymore particularly online. Go where they are congregated. And this is not restricted to the search engines along. Thanks to social media, you can literally go to where you have the people you want to hear your message.

These places are like message boards, communities, forums and places where people gather to talk, chat, and network. You could also use press releases and article marketing. These will put you in peoples fact quickly.

These places are like message boards, communities, forums and places where people gather to talk, chat, and network. You could also use press releases and article marketing. These will put you in peoples fact quickly.

While there are clear advantages to using one or the other, the truth is that the majority of students out there need a computer to do two things: research and write. Sure, students like to use them for other things like storing music, but there is really no need to buy an expensive system that will not be used to the full extent. For this, there is no better option than building a Dell PC for a student.

Dell's website is very simple to use so that you can start building a PC desktop or laptop today. You simply go down a list of options and select which grade you would like, whether it be storage capacity, speed, or extra programs you want added on. In reality, most computers last 3 or 4 years before they become obsolete. Why would you spend enormous amounts every period in which you're getting a new computer when you can get exactly what you want for much less. There is no price tag on quality, as these Dell machines will perform how you would expect a computer to perform, no matter how big you build it.

Forget what some "experts" are saying because a PC is still the most sought after item in the computer world. Students from all over the world can agree that building a Dell PC online is the fastest and most budget-friendly way to start advancing in the academic arena. Don't wait and go online to see what suits your needs!

Search engine promotion is the most effective way to advertise your business online. You can reach millions of paying customers by being popular with a few major search engines. The key to effective search engine promotion is to use the tools and techniques that work.

There are some things to think about when creating the content for your web pages. You want others to be able to find you easily in the search engines for the keywords related to the products you sell. To do that proper search engine promotion is the key. Below are some tips that will help you with this. An important part of a search engine marketing campaign is the content of your web site, and the keywords in that content. It's all about content and keywords. The right content with the right keywords can reward you with a steady flow of traffic which will bring in steady sales.

When writing the content for your site, you should consider keywords that customers would type into the search engines to find your products. These are the terms that are most relevant to the products you sell. They can include your business name, products name, or a combination of both. Once you have established the keywords your content will contain, it's time to work them into you content. Do not over use them or place them where they don't belong. Remember, you want the content to be natural. Keywords are short phrases or even just one word that describes the theme of a piece of content such as an article on a webpage or blog post. Search engines send out 'spiders' that 'crawl' thru content of webpages. Keywords are words or phrases that users search for.

Keyword placement on your pages is an important consideration. When you choose keywords, you will usually come up with a primary keyword phrase, then one or more secondary phrases for each page. The primary phrase will be the phrase used most often on the page and that is most relevant to the content topic. You should place it in the first line of the a few paragraphs on the page or article you write, then a few more times throughout the article. You don't want to over use it. Generally, a keyword with 10,000 searches per month is going to be one that you can compete for getting to the top of a search engine . Instead of spinning your wheels marketing for those who are searching for a one word that gets 15 million searches per month, create multiple campaigns that market to more targeted keyword phrases.

Generally I like to have my articles to have at least 350 words of content in them with the upper limit hovering around 500. For a 350 word article you can expect to use your keyword phrase about 4 times maxim where a 500 word article you can use the keyword a couple more times to squeeze the keyword phrase in without setting of the keyword spamming alarms off.

There are many search engine promotion opportunities available to you and the list keeps growing. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends. Look for tips that will help you get more pages on top of the search engines.

3d Animation An Art Or A Technical Skill

By Jasque Brisk

From the age of the ancient cave paintings to the current century, art has taken many aspects and forms. With the passage of time art has modified its expression and with speedy advancement in new technology, computers have had their influence on art. Animation, which is an important art form for our culture, has entered the realms of computer technology from its traditional beginnings.

3 Dimensional Animation is a technique which makes it possible to build and show digital moving objects with a 3D touch on a 2D screen. 2D animation has been around for a long time, but 3D animation has overtaken it as the results of the later are stunningly realistic. 3 Dimensional Animation is not restricted to films, but is also used in computer games, architecture, constructing models and samples, and as a web designing and communication tool.

These beautiful works are brought to us through a process of 3D Modeling, Texturing, Animation and Three Dimensional Rendering. 3 Dimensional Modeling is a process of bringing objects and scenes into the world of 3D Graphics and Animation. Once a 3D model is finished, it goes through a texturing which add the detail that makes the objects and characters so realistic and related to our lives. It determines how things look and is just like an artist painting on a sculpture.

The central concepts of animation making the creation of the illusion of motion possible generally remain identical in one form or another as in traditional animation. They have been transformed into Key-framing and Motion Capture techniques, which are digitalized, effective and thoroughly automated animation methods. Key-framing involves setting up two frames or key positions representing a unit of animation. The illusion of the movement is carried out by the computer by automatically filling the gaps with in-betweens.

The core concept behind the Motion Capture technique is to portray the emotions, expressions and movements of a 3 Dimensional animated character as realistically as possible by recording of movements of real actors and models, and translating them into a digital 3d model. 3 Dimensional Animation uses a faster frame rate than the conventional animation, which are about 25 frames per second, in order to sustain the realism of movement and to create a dramatic impression.

Millions of individuals are inspired to chase an animation career, but often end up only with a small course which only helps them learn how to work with different software which does not ensure proficiency in 3 Dimensional Animation. Schools like Max the Mutt Animation School and Sheridan can provide the appropriate formal education and technical facilities that are fitting to a professional animator. It is always best to enroll with an Animation school which focuses on quality.

To transcend as a 3 Dimensional computer animator, if you are capable of original and creative work. You should be mastering essential design programs like Flash and Photoshop. You should have a thorough idea of 3 Dimensional Modeling and should be able to master the function of animation variables, the essential structures that make up life-like characters in an animation.

You must know how to use colors in an effective manner and a background of arts will be desirable for the job. You have to be aware of important elements like rendering, materials and lights to give your animation the power to keep the audiences attention. It is realization of these details which will make sure that 3D animated objects created by you look more realistic.

How can Digital 3D Animation be of some practical use to a website designer, who doesn't have the experience and knowledge on how to animate? You can create animations on quite a decent level through a number of available software for this purpose. Motion Builder, 3ds max, Lightwave 3D, Softimage XSI and Luxology Modo are a few names of professional 3D animation software, but these are mostly utilized by professional animators. It is better to research their features by checking their reviews out on different websites and decide which one suits your needs better. There are other programs for web site designers and simple animation, such as 3D GIF Designer, RealSoft 3D and Effect 3D, which are much simple to use.

3D Animations like banners and other features can make a web site attractive and can express messages more effectively, attracting more traffic to the sites. The myriad of 3D programs have simply removed all obstacles to the access to 3D Animation and have opened doors to new possibilities for the application of this effective communication tool. 3D Animation can efficiently enhance the output of your business and products. Look into which way you can utilize it.

Obviously, if you start an online business, you are online to make money with your website and not have your web hosting service break the bank. There are a lot of different options available, but of course, your goal is to figure out what's going to work best for you. With web hosting, the most expensive doesn't necessarily mean the best. Therefore, prioritize your business and weigh the options you have with web hosting -- price only being one of them.

Your needs

Before you choose your hosting option, be careful, because you'll need to figure out what you need before you do so. What you want out of your website? How much space are you going to need? What type of content are you going to have? Do you need a dedicated server, or will a shared one do? These and other questions are going to need to be answered before you proceed and they'll be crucial to the success of your business, so make sure you answer them carefully.

Shared, or dedicated?

When you first start out you won't have a ton of traffic coming to your site. It's one of the reasons why affordable web hosting is the way to go in the beginning. Even though you'll be sharing servers with several other websites, it will still allow you to get everything going for a minimal fee. Once you see your site taking offers, you can always switch to a dedicated server later.

What's great about having a dedicated server? Well, it's your own, which means that if you have a lot of stuff on your website -- videos, media content, animated banners, and so on -- your visitors won't have to put up with a slow loading process, which can drive them away and therefore hurt your business. Therefore, if you do have a lot of content or activity, and it's going to take up a lot of bandwidth, a dedicated server is probably your best bet.

There are pros and cons to each approach, but at least at first, it's probably a good idea to keep costs down. You don't know how things are going to turn out at first, so therefore, it may be a good idea to go with a shared server and therefore just pay for affordable web hosting. If things are picking up and your content is beginning to pick up (and your traffic is common to), you can switch over to a dedicated server later.

Viruses

Unfortunately, viruses are a common problem on the Internet today. With website owners, this is certainly a problem if you take personal information from consumers. Make sure if you do choose affordable web hosting at first, your website is protected so that you can't contract the virus that could mess up your customers' personal information. And unfortunately, if you share a server, this could be a problem, too.

Therefore, if you are going to be taking customers' personal information, your best bet is to choose a dedicated server, especially if you're worried that this information might somehow get into the wrong hands. In that case, it may be that the more expensive dedicated server option is probably your best option.

Your Choice

Is affordable web hosting your best option? This will depend on your financial budget, your goals, and other variables you encounter. This article can't entirely tell you what to do, but certainly, affordable web hosting is one good choice for you if you think it's going to work well for your business.

How Digital 3d Animation Can Be Used by Designers?

By Jasque Brisk

As mankind has made progress, its esthetics have also found new and ingenious means to express itself. Today, the evolution of art has entered the depths of technology and computers, as animation has emerged as a new art form. This has been a radical change from the humble beginnings which can be traced back to the Lascaux cave paintings, but still, it has presented us with exciting opportunities.

Digital 3D Animation can be simply explained as the art of displaying moving objects which are shown from a three dimensional perspective to the viewer. The fact that three dimensional animation shows objects in a highly realistic way ranks it as a superior technology in comparison with 2D Animation. This great art is not only exploited in movies, but also in architectural visualisations, computer games, simulations, digital models, special effects and in anyway a 3D presentation or communication tool is developed.

These wonderful works are brought into reality through a process of 3D Modelling, Texturing, Animation and 3 Dimensional Rendering. 3 Dimensional Modelling is a process of bringing objects and scenes into the world of 3D Graphics and Animation. Once a Three Dimensional model is created, it goes through the texturing process which brings out what makes the objects and characters so realistic and related to our lives. It determines how things look and is just like an artist painting on a sculpture.

3D Animation may not relate to movies when characters like Mickey Mouse were first displayed, yet the key concept of animation remains identical as in traditional animation. These concepts have taken the shape of Key-framing and Motion Capture with the development of computers. Key-framing, descendent of traditional animation method, involves setting up of two or more key object positions in different time frames of a unit of animation. After this the animator assistant was drawing all the frames in between the key frames by hand, these gradual changes in repetitive illustrations that made up the illusion of motion where called in-betweens. Today the computer fills the 3D Animation with automatically generated in-betweens.

Motion Capture is another one of the advanced animation techniques, the use of which is very popular when animating realistic digital actors. It brings life to characters in animations by translating the recorded movements of real actors or models into the 3 Dimensional Animation. Three Dimensional Animations also require a much higher frame rate to support its photorealism and effectiveness, which exceeds 12 frames per second, which is used for old two dimensional animation and television broadcast.

Lots of people are inspired to chase an animation career, but often end up only with a small course which only helps them learn how to work with different software which does not ensure proficiency in 3D Animation. Schools like School of Visual Arts California and Academy of Digital Animation can provide the appropriate formal education and technical facilities that are fitting to a professional animator. It is always best to enroll with an Animation school which focuses on quality.

To exceed as a Three Dimensional computer animator, if you are capable of original and creative work. You should be mastering essential graphic programs like Flash and Photoshop. You should have a thorough comprehension of Three Dimensional Modeling and should be able to master the function of animation variables, the basic structures that make up life-like 3d models in an animation.

You must be able to work with colors effectively and know the color theory. Maybe an arts degree will even help you in such cause. You should also have an understanding of lighting, shading and rendering, which are prerequisite to the realism of your animation. You must have an eye for detail, a taste for story-telling and the creativity of a traditional artist.

Of course, veteran animators are the masters of the trade, but how can 3D Animation be of use to internet site developer? Web page developers can easily create high end 3D animations through various software. Motion Builder, 3ds max, Messiah Studio, Softimage and Cinema 4D are famous software mostly used by experienced animators. But web site developer may even go for much easier to learn programs like RealSoft 3D, 3D GIF Designer and Xara 3D can enable them to carry out their tasks much easier. The selection of package depends primarily on the requirements, but programs with common interface and covering maximum features in one package would be more appropriate for website developer.

If you want to use 3D animation in the content for your website, you could settle for software with simple features and an easy and accessible user interface. 3D Animations have become an effective communication instrument of our century and can be a source of traffic enhancement for web designers as computer programs have brought this technology into their access. This technology allows you to explore new horizons on whatever front it can be utilized. It is up to you to take advantage of it.

Making Your Website Look Professional

By Amy Nutt

Far too often, people put up a website, sit back and wait for offers and money to start rolling in. Others invest a ton of money into advertising before truly learning the ins and outs of website development.

What many of these internet entrepreneurs fail to understand is that cultivating a web presence is only half of the battle. First and foremost is to make the website appeal to the audience you are seeking. This means you will have to create something that works as intended, namely, draws in potential customers.

A Website is a Marketing Tool

A professional website is one of many items in an advertising arsenal that can help plead your case to a buying public. In many ways, it is the first impression that many people will have of your business.

Make that first impression count by making sure your site aligns with your business objective and goals.

A couple of ways to do this is by observing few simple rules, namely:

1. Check for grammatical errors and typos - how can you instill confidence in a consumer if your own website if full of errors. While you could argue that the average person may be unaware of these mistakes, many are and they have money to spend too. Besides, it simply looks sloppy and makes potential customers feel as if you don't care. If you don't care, why should they?

2. Make sure pictures, inserts and query boxes are properly aligned - sometimes an error in coding can offset photos, images, inserts and things like comment boxes. The offence is forgivable if this happens on a rare occasion, but too often and it looks extremely unprofessional. One aspect of web development is to make sure that the page loads up the right way every time. Check your site periodically to ensure it is working properly.

3. Forgo or minimize the flash - While flash animation can look cool, it may not have a place on a truly professional website. One reason why is the fact that not every potential customer is going to have a computer that has the ability to handle a ton of animated graphics. Some computers could even crash because of it. This could put off customers who may have wanted to utilize your services or purchase your products.

4. Keep it plain and simple - the language as well as the graphics should be straightforward, clean and free of frills. When at all possible try not to use ALL CAPS as it can appears if you are screaming at people. Keep info in small, bite sized paragraphs and when possible, make sure the site is free of pop up ads and other forms of advertising.

Another hallmark of a professional website is that it is easy to navigate. Sites that get too fancy with graphics and colors may be visually appealing on one level, but it does visitors no good if they can't easily locate the about us, contact us or services button.

Keep Your Objective in Focus

In the end, your goal is to try to reach out to a buying public that wants what you have to sell. Your ability to achieve that goal will depend on how well you present yourself on the web. This makes maintaining and developing a professional website extremely important, as it can make all the difference between e-commerce success or failure.

Bear this in mind as you create your website and, if feasible, utilize the services of an established website developer to produce a quality, user friendly webpage.
