Mediation just got worse on Monday

By Dan Stanyier (erroneously attributed to Crystal Eikanger)

Do you believe in bad luck days? Those days when you feel tired right after you woke up meaning you didn't rest that well throughout the night. After that, you walk to the restroom and hit yourself with something on your way. Your family members get mad with you, you prepare your breakfast but then you forget you left your eggs frying and then you find out they are all burned!

After that, you log in to Rent a Coder and you find out that a project you had been working on goes into formal arbitration because a little issue the other party has against you. Your rating is now at risk. Welcome to Monday!

Would it have been possible to avoid this? Of course it could have.

Luis Lazo who is the founder of RACsuccess offers you a completely free 14-page report on their website called: "Formal arbitration and how to avoid it". His experience is worth listening to.

In formal arbitration, only one person can win. Either the buyer wins or the coder but not both of them. This of course can affect the rating of the party who "loses". There is of course a good reason behind and is to protect both parties to ensure everything is "played fair" inside Rent a Coder. There is also self-mediation in Rent a Coder which occasionally is used by other coders but the so called "formal arbitration" which is the most feared CAN be avoided!

In this free 14 page report, Luis Lazo gives a little tip, yes, just one single tip but that is the most effective one when it comes to avoiding arbitration. It's just one secret that anyone working in Rent a Coder needs to know. Is not covered in the help section in Rent a Coder nor in the other articles so this report is definitely a MUST HAVE report for ANYONE whether experienced or new to Rent a Coder.

In RACsuccess you can get this report by signing up to their website with your name and email but just in case you are new to Rent a Coder, they also give you a complete FREE video tutorial library on how to use Rent a Coder. This library is also a MUST HAVE if you ever wondered even for a second what a particular feature in RAC does.

And after you have read the FREE "Formal arbitration and how to avoid it" report from RACsuccess, you won't have to dread Mondays anymore.
